THE COMPANY
As early as 1875, Ulrich Pfister started trading hay and straw in Zollbrück. In 1912 Emil Maeder bought the company. He builds the first warehouse at the current location and expands the product range. Since then, MAEDER has been one of the most important independent Swiss suppliers of roughage. In 2017, Markus Stöckli joined MAEDER AG as Managing Director. At the beginning of 2019 he took over the commercial department from the owner family and continued the traditional business as MAEDER AG. The location in Zollbrück is still being held.
